Wednesday afternoon, a visibly slim and trim Adele tweet-pic’ed a photo of herself, rockin’ her signature bee-hive hair-do and a full face of make-up. Recently, the 23-year-old singer under-went a serious throat surgery, but is said to have recovered successfully. She tweeted:

Adele is also rumored to be covering an upcoming issue of Vogue magazine. Sweet!
