Twitter Rants And Damage Control: Tisha Campbell Martin Defends The Smith Family
For a while now, there have been many speculations that Hollywood’s most successful couple, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, were heading towards spiltsville. There have been a lot of rumors about what actually happened between the two, but the one that stuck out the most was that this rift between the couple came from Will Smith’s unique bromance with fellow actor Duane Martin — husband of Tisha Campbell Martin. *Pause* Interesting, right? This is not the first time that the two actors have been linked to each other either. Back in 2007 gay rumors circulated, romantically linking Duane Martin to Will Smith and to Lisa Raye‘s ex-husband, Michael Misick. Both Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s sexuality have always been questioned. Jada has been rumored to be a closeted lesbian and ever since Will’s first major movie role, in 1993’s blockbuster “Six Degrees of Separation,” where he played a gay con-artist, Paul, homosexuality has always been speculated upon him. The couple has even been rumored to be swingers and have an open relationship. Tisha and Duane already did an exclusive interview with Essence to face the rumors, and ultimately declare that the relationship is nothing more than a friendship and business partnership.
But Will and Duane’s relationship still has Star Magazine talking. According to Star, Will and Duane have taken one too many vacations together, including trips to Viva Las Vegas, Miami, and possibly a private cruise to Trinidad over a course of 4 months while the ladies stayed back home. Tisha Campbell-Martin, who usually ignores rumors, couldn’t hold her silence this time. She took to her twitter to defend her family and friendship:
Whether the rumors are true or not, the drama of Will and Jada’s relationship doesn’t stop there. Rumor has it that Will Smith has moved into a bachelor pad in Villanova, PA. Sources say,
“It’s only a matter of time until one of them makes the split official and files for divorce.”
Aside from the divorce rumors I think the situation between Duane and Will is just two men who have a true friendship, but what’s your take?

Media will take anything and turn it into a twisted wack rumor….They’re just good friends and I’m sure Jada and Will have had their ups and downs but if they wanted to divorce, they would!!!!!!
