Porsha Williams Says Bravo Blindsided Her With RHOA Demotion + Read Her Full Statement!

Rumor has it, when the official cast for the new season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta was announced on Wednesday, Porsha Williams was blindsided by the cast shakeup.

After joining the cast on Bravo in 2012, Porsha tells Dish Nation, where she is employed, that she had no idea she was demoted from an official cast member and would now remain on the show in a ‘friend’ capacity.

She tells Dish Nation,

Unfortunately, I can only be PORSHA, and portraying anything else, would not be genuine nor honest. This moment is bittersweet, but God has been so amazing to me, and I think this is a perfect time for me to spread my wings, and finally focus on all of my upcoming projects.
