(EXCLUSIVE) VH1 Pulling the Plug on T.I. & Tiny’s Reality Show
T.I. & Tiny’s Reality Show May Be Cancelled
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, T.I. and Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris’ reality show may not be returning. The couple’s hit VH1 show T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle premiered in 2011, but the network is considering pulling the plug on the show.
The network’s decision to potentially not renew the non scripted series, has nothing to do with their split. A source close to the network tells us:
T.I. is a headache to deal with. As the show continues, he’s gotten more and more demanding. Don’t get me wrong, the network loves the show, but he’s a nightmare to work with and the production is sick of dealing with him.
The source adds,
He’s VERY meticulous about how he’s portrayed and it’s just difficult shooting with him always wanting to be in control of every single thing.
The source states,
Tiny and her best friend Shekinah were in talks to get their own show, but we don’t know if that’s still going to take place.
T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle chronicled the life of hip-hop artist T.I., his wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle-Harris, and their six children. The first season followed the family after T.I.’s 12-month prison
sentence. The third season encompassed T.I. as he promoted his album, “Trouble Man: Heavy is the Head” and his role in “Identity Thief”. Tiny spent her time managing her girl group OMG Girlz, starting another girl group, and holding down the family home.
The fourth season picked up after T.I. completed his America’s Most Wanted Tour and was acting on House of Lies. He returned to the family home in Atlanta. Tiny was working on achieving her G.E.D. and making sure OMG Girlz stayed constant. The couple’s oldest daughter, Niq Niq, graduated from high school. Season 5 wrapped in September.
