The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star hinted that she was dating handsome WGCI radio personality Tone Kapone in a cozy Instagram photo, but didn’t explicitly confirm it. He addressed his followers on Instagram Live and stamped their new relationship. He said:

“Alright. Yes, me and Phaedra are dating. Ok, cool? Is that it? That’s the big moment that everybody was waiting for. It was kind of self explanatory on her page.
