Actress Joy Bryant was spotted on the phone in Miami, with her bikini enjoying the summer weather. My only question is, who in the hell is she talking to and about what? I can’t help but be all up in the background and peep the serious face. BTW, is that a tramp stamp peeping out from the side of her back? Judgement?
