Diddy Accused Of Dr*g-Fueled Studio A$$ault On Producer As Judge Clears Case To Move Forward
Diddy is now facing the possibility of another explosive s*xual a$$ault lawsuit moving forward after a judge refused to shut the case down.
A Los Angeles judge cleared the way for claims brought by music producer Jonathan Hay to proceed, rejecting efforts to dismiss allegations that Diddy a$$aulted him during a 2020 studio session. According to court filings, Hay alleges Diddy be*t him before forcing a non-consensual s*xual act after providing dr*gs, including ketamine.
In an interview with The New York Post, Hay described the ruling as a “big week” amid what he called an otherwise ugly period in his life. He claims the alleged a$$ault involved a T-shirt once owned by the late The Notorious B.I.G., and that afterward Diddy said, “Rest in peace, BIG,” before throwing the shirt at him.
The lawsuit also names the rapper’s estate and his son, Christopher ‘CJ’ Wallace, alleging they were aware of Diddy behavior. Los Angeles authorities opened a criminal investigation last year.
