[UPDATED] 50 Cent In Serious Car Accident, Hit by Mack Truck

Rapper/actor, Curtis 50 Cent Jackson has been involved in a serious car accident. According to reports, his bullet-proof truck was hit by a mack truck. The accident went down early Tuesday morning, on the Long Island Expressway. We hear that his vehicle almost flipped over. He’s now in a hospital in Queens. Updated: MTV News has reported that 50 was treated for minor neck and back injuries, has been released and is doing fine.
