Actress Vivica Fox was spotted in the Washington, DC area over the weekend. Fox was in D.C. promoting her latest stage play, “Cheaper to Keep Her,” and was spotted having dinner at Baltimore’s Oceanaire restaurant, sponsored by DIAGEO.
