74 Years Young & Killin’ Em..Introducing the Oldest Female Bodybuilder
Wow. Ladies and gents, eat your mutha-effin’ heart out. I’d like to introduce you to Baltimore’s Ernestine Shepherd. Ms. Shepherd is 74 years young and is listed in the 2010 and 2011 Guinness World Records as the oldest competitive body builder in the WORLD.
Er’y, single, day, she wakes up at 3 a.m., meditates and runs for two to three hours in Baltimore’s Druid Hill Park. Over the past 18 years, Shepherd has completed nine marathons and won two bodybuilding contests. And what’s the dopest? She’s been married to her husband for over 50 years, she applies a full-face of make-up to run AND drives a Corvette. My. Kinda. Lady.
