Footage :: Riots Break Out in London After Man Allegedly Shot & Killed by Police

Last night, violence and what appears to be a very serious riot took place overnight in a London neighborhood. According to reports, the riot stems from the Metropolitan Police shooting and killing a 29-year-old man named Mark Duggan. The incident involving police and Duggan occurred on Thursday.
