Hustle Harder :: John Singleton In Negotiations to Direct Tupac Movie

The two, Tupac Shakur and John Singleton, worked together during Poetic Justice, and we’ve now learned that Singleton is in negotiations to direct a biopic about the late Shakur. There has also been speculation (this site, included) that Singleton may also be directed a biopic about N.W.A., called Straight Outta Compton (at New Line Cinema).  According to Vulture, Singleton has ALLEGEDLY decided to direct the Shakur movie instead. The Shakur script has been written by Oscar-nominated screenwriters Stephen J. Rivele and Chris Wilkinson (Ali, Nixon). Anywho, check the full story here.
