Ne-Yo & Girlfriend Push Out Healthy Baby Boy

After R&B singer and songwriter Ne-Yo performed in Cardiff, Whales for the Micheal Jackson tribute this past Saturday, he came home to something even sweeter….On Monday, his girlfriend Monyetta Shaw delivered the couple’s second baby. The two, who co-own a new boutique in Atlanta Buckhead district, Emerlyn & Ester, had their first child Madilyn Grace in November 2010. After her birth he tweeted,

“Feels like i’m in luv for the first time. Welcoming that lil’ girl to the world last night defined for me what ‘willing to kill and die for’ truly means. My world, my life, all hers.”

And earlier this year he talked to People about his experiences as a father so far.

“[Fatherhood] has been a ride, but I’m loving every minute of it…[Madilyn] definitely knows her worth– which is a beautiful thing. That’s something I’ve tried to instill in her from day one: understand that you are a Godsend. You’re an absolute angel and people are supposed to treat you that way.”
