Beyonce ‘Highest Paid Performer By the Minute’

Are we surprised? A poll by social media website, saucytime.com, placed Beyonce at the top of the list, by ranking her as the “Highest Paid Performer By the Minute.” Reportedly, she earned over $1 million, for a five-song performance at a private New Year’s Eve 2010 party in St. Barts.

In second place was Mariah Carey (she ranked in who earned $630,000 for a four-song set in St. Barts too), while Kylie Minogue was in third place (she brought in $2 million for a one hour set, which is $33k for every one minute/6o seconds, for 2008 show in Dubai). Jennifer Lopez is up running in fourth place (she was paid $25,000 per minute, in 2007, for APPEARING at a birthday party for Andrei Meinichenko’s wife) in 2007.
