Friday evening, Lady Gaga was spotted rockin’ this fancy little gold out thingy at the Bambi awards in Germany. Fashion designer, Karl Lagerfeld, presented Gaga with the International Pop award. And while that’s pretty damn important (she also performed), what the eff do we think of her outfit….HAUTE or HOT mess?
