A few of Nicki Minaj’s demands for the American Music Awards have show staff a little perturbed. Nicki Minaj will be performing her hit single ‘Super Bass’ for the show and her requests seem to be beyond the norm for an artist. Minaj will have the two adorable girls (Sophia Grace and Rosie) who became a YouTube sensation and performed on The Ellen Degeneres Show, perform with her. So what’s all of the fuss about? Minaj is over budget because she’s added lodging and compensation for Sophia Grace and Rosie. Her wardrobe and set include an “electro-themed” set and an “electric vibrating prop” between her legs. A source shares,

“The producers are fighting it out with her. They don’t want kids dancing to a song with that. She won’t back down.”

Meanwhile, an ABC rep remains pretty mum,

“All I know is the girls are working the red carpet. Other than that, I suggest you tune in Sunday night.”
