Over the weekend, Lil Wayne’s eldest daughter, Reginae Carter, celebrated her 13th birthday in Atlanta with family and friends. Tunechi (Reginae’s father), Toya, T.I., Tiny, Kim Zolciak’s eldest daughter and others attended. Compliments of TheYBF, here’s video footage of the Par-Taye!
