More Baby Mama Drama :: 3 of T.O.’s Baby Mama’s Simultaneously File Court Papers

The negative press surrounding NFL’er Terrell Owens being a financial “Dead-Beat-Dad” has escalated. Within the last week, Owens was simultaneously slapped with court papers by three (he has four) of his baby-mama’s, totaling $35,000. Melanie Paige Smith, who is one of Owens’ baby mama’s, says he’s failed to pay $5,000 in monthly support, and he also missed two other payments over the past six months. (T.O. settled those payments after Smith filed a petition for contempt against him.) Smith’s lawyer, Randall M. Kessler, said in a statement:

“Our client only filed as a last resort . . . she hopes it will not get to the point where the judge will incarcerate him and that he will simply pay the support he agreed to. We hope so too.”

On Friday, two of his other bm’s, Samelia Miller and Kimberly Floyd, jointly filed reporting that combined, Owens owes $30,000. Reps for Owens did not release a statement, however, last month, Owens denied being a ‘dead-beat’ dad.
