I’m no MUA (make-up-artist) and I know very little besides the basics of applying make-up. Whenever I have my face beat, I leave that to the experts. And when I ran across this photo of media mogul/model Tyra Banks (who was recently rumored to be dating rapper Drake), it caught me off-guard a bit. Banks was spotted on the MET ball red carpet, with heavy shadow and eye make-up. What do you think of this beauty trend….Haute or Hot A** Mess?

From a former supermodel and someone who often gives makeup expertise on her show, I expected better from Tyra. The smokey eye isn’t blended well and the colors don’t compliment each other. She needs to take notice of Chanel Iman’s look at the MET Gala, flawless!
Ty could do much better. This doesn’t look good.
