[Updated] Did Chris Brown Kick Meek Mill Off His Album Because of Rihanna?
This is total hear-say and take it with a grain of salt…or as holy gospel, but word on the street is that there is or was some issue between Meek Mill and Chris Brown. Allegedly, Chris Brown may have taken Meek Mill off of his upcoming album, because Meek and Rihanna had some type of inappropriate (y’all know what I mean) relationship.
Do we think there’s any truth to this? Well, last week, Meek Mill denied reports that he and Rihanna were dating. In fact, he confirmed that he actually has a girlfriend and that he and Rihanna didn’t party together in a New York club…but that the two of them were there separately. And as you know, some think ‘Theraflu’ was a Chris Brown diss, when he rhymed:
So who knows….I guess we’ll see if Meek shows up on the album.

Welp! It looks like there was a bit of truth to the rumor above. Or at least a tweet from rapper Meek Mill certainly suggests it. Over the weekend, while partying at DC’s Stadium strip club and probably drunk tweeting (and tossin’ dollars at the same d@mn time), we caught a subliminal tweet from Meek:
Again, pure assumption here, but we think he’s referring to Chris Brown and Rihanna. Meek later deleted the tweet above, but lucky for us, we grabbed it. Anywho, we’ll see if he ends up on Breezy’s upcoming album this summer. Stay tuned!

Oh, please! Meek Mill was having a b-day party for himself at that strip club, and of all the strip clubs in NYC, Rihanna just happened to show up at that one?! She was there for his party. He downplayed their association in that interview. They were in the studio recording on March 4 & 5 and were both at Greystone Manor before hitting the studio on the 4th. And about a week later, Rihanna went to the MMG concert in NYC (which included Meek Mill) and later she went to a nightclub, where Meek Mill, Wale, and Omarion met her there. In that interview he said that Rihanna liked his music and had tweeted about it and the blogs had blown it out of proportion. He went on to say that he had met Rihanna and that she was cool, that’s it. Sounds like their connection was a lot more substantial than that. Did anything more go on? Who knows, but Chris definitely seems to have fed into the rumors! Rihanna just tweeted recently “It’s ignorant enough to judge, but to judge by assumption is just…”. I think that was a message to Chris.
