[Video] Bobby Brown Hits The Today Show, Denies New Single is About Whitney Houston

On Memorial Day, Bobby Brown took to the Today Show stage to promote his first solo album in 14 years, “The Masterpiece”. Before performing his first single, “Don’t Let Me Die”, Bobby wanted to set the record straight and clarify that the song was not about his late ex-wife, Whitney Houston. He explained:
“It’s a song I wrote nine months ago…it was about the woman in my life and her struggle to deal with what I was going through…it’s simply saying, ‘You saved my lie and I think you for it…'”
Although Bobby’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina has reality show plans of her own, he denied that he’d be having his own reality show. He explained:
“Well, not as of right now. I’m not thinking about doing any reality TV. I’m putting htis album out, I’m touring with New Edition…the busier I’ll stay, the better off I’ll be.”
