Unless you live in Atlanta, you probably had no idea that rapper Young Jeezy had a teenage son. Over the weekend, Young Jeezy threw a sweet 16th birthday pool party for his son, Jadarius Jenkins. The birthday bash went down at a Buckhead mansion, with Soulja Boy performing. Peep the pix.
