Over the weekend, both Ciara and Basketball Wives LA's reality star, Laura Govan pushed the fashion envelope at BET's Black Girls Rock! Ciara, rocked a conservatively chic, black ensemble from the Givenchy 2012 spring line. While, Laura opted for a flamingo feathered skirt, pairing it with blue heels.     Ciara looks a mess ontop of mess….what pisses me of is that if it was MTV or the Grammy they would have had the most expensive flawless gowns they could find….. #disgusting
