Katy Perry has pulled out a second political inspired dress from her closet, lending her celebrity to President Obama’s re-election. Last week, while at Las Vegas rally, she wore a fancy white number. And over the weekend, she opted for an electric blue, skin-tight, knee length dress with the words Obama inscribed.
