(Details) Nick Gordon Arrested For Speeding & Wrecking Car in ATL

These two love-birds have been garnering a ton of press these days. The day after his ex-fiance/reality co-star Bobbi Kristina got into a fender-bender, 23-year-old Nick Gordon ended his evening in a similar situation, but a bit more serious. Wednesday evening, Nick was arrested in Alpharetta, after wrecking his Chevy Camaro. TMZ reports that he was going 82 in a 35 on Northpoint Parkway, a retail area with high pedestrian foot traffic. One law enforcement stated:

“We are fortunate because that’s such a busy corridor with high end retail shopping retaurants and pedestrains at crosswalks.”

AJC reports that the arresting officer had this to stay about the incident:

“The danger lies in the fact this is a high vehicular and pedestrian traffic area. In a situation such as this, the department has a duty to take reasonable enforcement action to protect the public. After intercepting the vehicle, the officer conducted a traffic stop against the vehicle. The driver identified as Nicholas David Gordon, male age 23, was arrested and subsequently cited for reckless driving and speeding. He was transported to the North Fulton Alpharetta jail Annex. An acquaintance of the arrestee was allowed to come to the scene and take custody of the vehicle.”

As of Thursday afternoon, Nick was bonded out of jail. His camp has not yet released a statement.
