This week, Bill Cosby was spotted celebrating one of his favorite Washington, DC eateries, Ben’s Chili Bowl. The legendary spot is celebrating its 55th anniversary and held a festive celebration with Cosby, along with Jesse Jackson, former Mayor Marion Barry, Congress Eleanor Holmes Norton and some other familiar DC faces.
