With the success of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta and New York, the franchise is expanding to the west coast, LA to be exact. Late last year, the show’s creator Mona Scott-Young confirmed the spinoff in an interview explaining,
L.A. feels like the next city … Again it’s about struggling artists trying to make it and that’s what’s great about the franchise, but it’s feeling like we’ve got some great stories to tell in L.A.”
Every season I wonder what can we do to top ourselves and what else is out there and some how the reality Gods are always smiling.”
