Justin Bieber was spotted partying with hip-hop’s elite. Last night (February 5th), we caught the singer partying alongside Diddy, Cassie, Rick Ross, Wale, Stalley, Jermaine Dupri and Stalley at Atlanta’s Vanquish. His new rumored girlfriend, Chantel Jeffries (she was the passenger in the car that he allegedly drag raced in Miami), was also in attendance, along with Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’s Lil Scrappy, Erica Dixon and Karlie Redd. Cassie, who was the only female partying with the crew, rocked her new rumored engagement ring. Diddy’s rep denies that the couple is engagement. Nonetheless, it’s a very generous and icy gift. Anywho, looks like fun times!
