UPDATE: I Did NOT Call Beyonce A ‘B***h’, Chaka Khan Points Finger At Tabloids
When you’re in the legendary category, you can say or imply just about anything about anyone, right? Case in point, our beloved Chaka Khan. Cameras caught the 60-year-old react to a comment about a Beyonce comparison and from what we can tell, it looks like she may not have been amused.
Here’s the scenario. While on the 7th Annual Essence Magazine ‘Women In Hollywood’ red carpet, a reporter for ‘Hollywood Today’ mentioned that she looked flawless like Beyonce’s song. It appears that she may have mumbled something under her breath (that we can’t make out, but folk are speculating it rhymes with a female dog) while rolling her eyes. Ouch! In addition to the side-eye moment, she did acknowledge that the event was for a great cause. She says:
I love it..Absolutely amazing,..I love it when we can get together and show our love and respect for one another, cause we don’t often get a chance to do this.
She also discussed how discipline has played a role in her successful career sharing:
It’s everything..discipline is everything and work ethic. Discipline, work ethic all that. It’s monumental, its fundamental its gotta be there.

P.S. Was that shade or are we imagining things?
