Look! Kandi Burruss Reveals $20,000 Wedding Gown
Compliments of In Touch, an up close and personal look at Kandi Burruss’ wedding gown has been released. On April 4th, the Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star jumped the broom with fiance Todd Tucker.
Designed by Reco Chapple, the ostrich-feather custom gown, with a 12-foot train, cost a whopping $20,000. Reco tweeted a photo of Kandi’s gown, writing:
This was a dream that came true!!!! My best gig yet (I’m so country) #houseofchapple
Kandi told the outlet she planned her entire wedding in on month:
I didn’t know if I was going to be able to pull this all together. I couldn’t wait around hoping things would get better. I just had to do it and hope for the best.
Mama Joyce, who hasn’t been a fan of Todd, told In Touch,
Time will tell if Todd gets my blessing, but if Kandi’s happy, then I need to be happy for her.
Kandi’s bridesmaids included matron of honor Tamera Wynn, maid of honor Carmon Cambrice, Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris, Fantasia Barrino, Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’s Rasheeda Frost, and RHOA’s Phaedra Parks and Joyce Dallas. 20,000 dollars? No ma’am! Was this the only way that her mama would come? She had to pick out the wedding dress no matter how hideous!?
I think she looked pretty.I’m not a fan of Kandi’ s style of dressing.But,that gown is her and I think she looks like most of those expensive Hollywood type brides.
If here wedding theme was Coming to America, then i think the dress is appropriate and probably looked beautiful. If it wasnt coming to America, then her dress is country-bumpkin! LOL
I cant wait to see the entire wedding! I really dont think this picture shows the dress because her bouquet is so big.
It looks like a Drag Queen costume. I tried to like it, cause I like her but…….. I simply don’t!
