Eva Marcille Wins Full Custody Of Daughter After Alleged Domestic Dispute With Ex-Boyfriend Kevin McCall
Eva Marcille has won full custody of the daughter with producer, Kevin McCall. Last month, the America’s Next Top Model alumni obtained a restraining order against her now ex-boyfriend. Allegedly, the two were in an argument when things got heated. Eva claims he went on a violent rampage in their home, kicking down doors and trying to snatch their daughter from Eva’s arms.
The incident resulted in a restraining order barring Kevin from coming within 100 yards of them, but now Eva has been given full custody of their daughter. According to TMZ, Kevin has been denied ANY visitation until a hearing next month. Eva’s rep tells us,
It is unfortunate that life has thrown a curve Into Eva’s life but as a responsible parent and adult she’s taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their child and herself.
