Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Quietly Marry in Los Angeles

They are headed out to Paris within a week, so they’ll get their license first.

Reportedly, the reason that they didn’t have their official wedding in Paris was because of the their requirements.

Apparently, the couple would need to have lived in Paris for 40 consecutive days, and would need to provide two pieces of I.D. — such a lease and a French social security card – that proves you actually lived there. Reportedly, the Keeping Up With the Kardashian cameras will film their Paris ceremony.

According to TMZ, Kim and Kanye didn’t publicize the nuptials and even got a “confidential” marriage license so they could exchange vows in their home, rather than at an impersonal courthouse. No one from the Kardashian camp has confirmed or denied reports about private or public wedding plans. Over the weekend, Kim posted a casual ‘flashing lights’ photo of herself on Instagram, along with a photo of her posing in front of photographs. The song ‘Flashing Lights’ is in reference to a popular Ye song.
