[EXCLUSIVE] Madonna Sued For Fraud, Accused Of Ruining Company’s Reputation
Not so good news for Madonna (real name Madonna Louise Ciccone). The 55-year-old singer is accused of ruining a company’s good name and is now being sued for fraud in federal court.
A makeup & fashion company named Hard Candy filed suit against Madonna in federal court. The company claims they trademarked the name for their line which sells in Wal-Mart. They claim that they were founded in 1995.
