[EXCLUSIVE] Claws Out! $30Mill Lawsuit Heats Up Between Nicki Minaj & Former Wig Designer Terrence Davidson
The claws are coming out between rapper/singer Nicki Minaj (real name Onika Tanya Maraj) and her former employee. Minaj’s statement that her ex-wig maker wasn’t well known in the industry without her clearly did not go over too well with him–so much so that he is now filing docs explaining Minaj was NOTHING of value when they met and he was a well known name in the business LONG before her.
Last month, Minaj was sued for $30 mill by her former wig maker Terrence Davidson, accusing her of taking his designs and selling them on her website along with ruining a reality show deal. In short, the former American Idol judge responded claiming the wig maker hadn’t made a name for himself (before working with her) and he was just angry he lost his biggest client. She also said that Davidson could never get a reality show deal without her attached.
So what’s the latest? Davidson has now filed an amended complaint, which shows he was not a fan of Minaj’s response. He has added that,
