[EXCLUSIVE] NFL Star Bryant Mckinnie – Financial Troubles Worsen, Slapped With Default Judgement Over Condo
The association accused him of refusing to pay them the fee for keeping up the community, which were due by October 2012. They also stated that his mortgage was foreclosed on by the bank the same month. They claim he still owed them the fees up until that date which totaled $12,129.57.
The Minnesota Court granted a default judgement to the association on September 26th 2013, after McKinnie failed to show up or respond in court.
theJasmineBRAND.com has learned exclusively that the association is coming after McKinnie to collect their 12k owed. They filed docs in Miami – where McKinnie has property – to register the judgement. They have started the process of obtaining a lien to then have McKinnie’s bank accounts, property or other assets seized in order to pay off his debt to them. Read the Exclusive Court Documents.
