NFL’er Victor Cruz and his long-term girlfriend, Elaina Watley, have made their love official — almost. According to Page Six, the New York Giants star popped the question and she said yes. Reportedly, their engagement took place on July 13th, in front of their close family after a “baby dedication” ceremony for the couple’s daughter, Kennedy, at the Love of Jesus Family Church in Paterson, NJ.
