theJasmineBRAND.com has exclusively learned — Tom Cruise (real name Thomas Cruise “Tom” Mapother) scored a 1 BILLION dollar legal victory, with a lawsuit accusing him of stealing a screenwriters work to make Mission Impossible 3 being thrown out by the court. 

The 52-year-old actor/producer was sued by screenwriter Timothy Patrick McLanahan who accused the actor of stealing his idea for the movie Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol in federal court last year.
