Ray Rice’s Wife Blasts Critics & Instagram Stalkers + NFL’er Apologizes Again to Fans & Family

The buzz continues surrounding Baltimore Ravens Ray Rice. As previously reported, earlier this year he was charged with third degree assault for allegedly assaulting his then fiancée Janay Palmer.

TMZ showed leaked video footage of what appears to be Rice dragging an unconscious Palmer from an elevator. She was reportedly unconscious due to being hit by Rice. Fast forward to the present day and he was suspended for the first two games of the season. 

There has been a ton of conversation about whether or not his punishment was severe enough. This week, Rice held a press conference, telling reporters:

My actions that night were totally inexcusable. That’s not me….I let so many people down in my life, because of 30 seconds I know I can’t get back….I want to publicly apologize to my wife. I made the biggest mistake of my life, me. She can do no wrong. I met her in high school. She’s the same now as she was then….I made a huge mistake and I want to own it.
