[EXCLUSIVE] Michael Vick: Judge Orders Bankruptcy Case Stay Open Until 2015
Then recently, the trustee presiding over Vick’s bankruptcy filed docs asking for the case to remain open until November 24th 2015. He explained that the NFL stars re-payment plan has him making payments to creditors per month and that the agreement won’t have all his debt paid off by the time.
The trustee says that the earliest the debt will be paid off is in December, but he says that it could take additional time.
On June 16th, the bankruptcy judge granted the request and ordered the case to stay open until November 2015. The order means that Vick will have to continue providing financial information on his spending and assets for over a year more. Read the EXCLUSIVE Court Documents Part 1, Part 2 & Part 3.
