[EXCLUSIVE] Shonda Rhimes Wants Unknown Author’s Lawsuit Dismissed: I Did NOT Steal From Her!

theJasmineBRAND.com has learned that this week, Rhimes has fought back, filing docs firing back at the allegations. She explains that Feldman has already attempted to sue her over another show for the same claims and it was dismissed years ago.

She says that Feldman’s,

sweeping allegations, consisting of raw speculation about fantastical conspiracies, do not satisfy the Court’s pleading standards.

An allegation of a far-flung conspiracy or a fraud on the court—like Feldman’s claims at issue here—may be ‘in a sense a factual allegation, [but] it is so subjective that it fails to cross ‘the line between the conclusory and the factual.’
