[EXCLUSIVE] Jermaine Dupri’s Ex-Personal Assistant, Says He Wasn’t Paid for FOUR Years

Mingo explains in the docs that he was started working for Dupri back in 2010  and worked as a personal assistant, road manager and record engineer for So So Def.

The ex-employee explains that he was told he would receive a yearly salary, however around May 2010, he says he was already working an average of 65 hours a week. He claims that he wasn’t getting paid and confronted Dupri who says he was going to be compensated.

He says that he went several months without being paid and once again asked Dupri what was going on with his pay, to which he was reassured his money was coming. Mingo says that he worked from 2010 – 2014 and was never paid a dime. He claims he was forced to resign as a result.

Mingo filed suit accusing Dupri of violating federal laws and is suing the music mogul all back pay for the past 4 years, loss of income, damages and attorney fees.
