theJasmineBRAND.com has exclusively learned, Patti LaBelle demanded the man who is suing her over an alleged attack by her bodyguards, to undergo over 8 hours of exams to determine if he was lying about suffering.

The 70-year-old singer – along with her bodyguard – were sued by West Point cadet Richard King back in 2011. He accused the singer of having her bodyguard attack him at a Texas Airport and he wanted them to pay for emotional distress and post traumatic stress.
