[EXCLUSIVE] Kanye West, Jay Z & Frank Ocean Sued For $3 Million
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Kanye West, Jay-Z and Frank Ocean are being sued by a musician who claims they stole his music for their hit album, “Watch the Throne” and he is demanding $3 million in damages for the music theft.
A man named Joel McDonald filed suit against Kanye West, Jay-Z & Frank Ocean in New York Court on August 15th. The suit claims that on August 8th 2011 the trio committed copyright infringement by releasing the song, “Made in America” on the Kanye & Jay Z album, “Watch the Throne”.
