Simmons’ retail fashion website, Just Fabulous (known as Just Fab), originally filed a federal lawsuit against the competitor Fab.com accusing them of infringing on their trademark and confusing consumers because they also sold fashion apparel.
Kimora filed a trademark lawsuit back in 2013. Then months later the competitor fired back and counter-sued Kimora and her business. They accused her website of tricking consumers into paying a $40 monthly
