Case closed! Kimora Lee Simmons has settled an intense legal battle which accused her fashion company of defrauded consumers. theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports she has signed off on a confidential settlement.
Simmons’ retail fashion website, Just Fabulous (known as Just Fab), originally filed a federal lawsuit against the competitor Fab.com accusing them of infringing on their trademark and confusing consumers because they also sold fashion apparel.
Kimora filed a trademark lawsuit back in 2013. Then months later the competitor fired back and counter-sued Kimora and her business. They accused her website of tricking consumers into paying a $40 monthly
