[EXCLUSIVE] Case Closed! Kimora Lee Simmons Settles Nasty Battle Against ‘Just Fab’
membership fee, which many claimed they didn’t know they were charged until their credit card bill.
Fab.com accused Kimora of false advertising and misleading business practices, which they said ruined their reputation with many confusing them with Kimora’s company.
Both parties have been attempting to settle the case in private mediation since June.
Then on September 12th, both parties filed docs in the case. They state that they’ve finally reached a settlement in the battle and they are dismissing the claims against each other and both will pay their own attorney fees.
The terms of their settlement have not been disclosed and will remain confidential. The case was closed the same day.
