[EXCLUSIVE] Terrell Owens Dragged into DeSean Jackson & Drew Rosenhaus Legal Battle
Then late last month, Rosenhaus filed new docs and involved his former client Terrell Owens into the legal battle, claiming Owens tried the same excuse as Jackson and he lost and therefore Jackson should too.
Rosenhaus explains that Owens took him to arbitration court in 2013, accusing him of fraud and demanded over 6.5 million that he claimed his former agent caused him to lose with bad investments.
He says that Owens had tried the excuse accusing the same arbitrator in this case of being biased and tried to get his case heard before another arbitrator, but he lost that battle with a judge denying Owens request and assigning the case to the arbitrator who Rosenhaus requested.
Rosenhaus claims that his legal battle with Owens was widely publicized and Jackson had to have known about the case. He says the facts of the Owens case are almost identical to his battle with Jackson and Owens lost that battle and therefore Jackson should too.
We’ve reached out to Owens’ camp, so far no word. See the EXCLUSIVE Court Documents
