Reportedly, Amber Rose to Receive $1 Million From Prenup + Jordin Sparks & Jason Derulo Split

Cheating is IRRELEVANT … California is a no-fault state and there’s no mention of infidelity in the document.

Likewise … the prenup does not mention custody, and for good reason — the judge always makes that decision, based on the best interests of the child. Amber is asking for full legal and physical custody.

Outside of tweets about the divorce (click here for the backstory), both have remained mum. Wiz Khalifa hasn’t shared any social media comments. However, he has remained active on Instagram. After news of the divorce hit, he posted the following photos of him enjoying life.

And in other news, singers Jason Derulo and Jordin Sparks have ended their relationship.

Jason confirmed the split during a phone interview with KDWB-FM’s Big D, saying that they are ‘cool’, but he’d “rather not” comment on the breakup. He explained:

Yeah, everything is cool, man. It’s not a bad situation. You know, it’s not one of those kinda things.

The two have been dating for three years. Jordin has yet to comment. [TMZ, E!, Instagram]
