Last month, the 26-year-old’s father, Calvin Cooksey, filed a $142 MILLION dollar lawsuit against Russell Simmons. He accused the hip hop mogul of defaming his name by calling him a deadbeat dad on his website, Global Grind.

This sperm donor really expects to be compensated for someone stating the obvious (truth). Sperm donors need to stop giving that lame excuse about how the mother didn’t allow them to see their own child. Just like he exercised his legal rights to file a lawsuit against Russell Simmons, why didn’t he exercise his legal right to fight for custody to see his own flesh in blood. The reason why is because he didn’t want to, and Frank Ocean was a financial liability to him at the time, but this lawsuit he believes will bring him financial gain.

I would not have filed this lawsuit against Simmons, and his investors had Simmons not crossed the line. Simmons don’t get to interfere with my private affairs with my son. Simmons attacked me because he didn’t think i would respond. he was wrong, and has allegedly committed a felony to cover up global grind’s LIBEL PER SE against me. If the Court denies my IP, then i will have 10 days to send in $500.00 for filing. But, i live in California and the Court won’t be paying for my plain fare, or hotels, and other accommodations. I ‘am suing for $131,000.000, not $142 million, and at 65 percent damages to the sales and future contract of my many intelligent properties. because I’ am a singer songwriter, who’s has written 8 soundtracks, for 8 screenplays, there are therefore, 8 movie rights, and two on the screenplays are “Adventure Fantasy – Trilogy’s Films which are worth over $100,000.000 alone based on similar projects.
