[EXCLUSIVE] Frank Ocean’s Dad Living Near Poverty Levels, Needs Disability Check to Survive

Then recently, Ocean’s dad filed docs in the case explaining he is so broke that he can’t afford to pay the court costs for filing the lawsuit.

Cooksey is pleading with the court to waive the court costs for him since he is unemployed — he says he doesn’t recall the last time he had a job. He explains that he lives off social security disability income of $789.66 a month. Out of the monthly checks, he spends a total of $550 on rent.

The court has yet to make a decision on whether to allow Cooksey to continue on with his legal battle without paying the court costs. See the EXCLUSIVE Court Documents.
