Singer/actor Jamie Foxx (real name Eric Marlon Bishop) and rapper 2 Chainz (real name Tauheed Epps) can breathe a sigh of relief. theJasmineBRAND.com has exclusively learned the legal battle accusing them of stealing music for their newly released single, “Party Ain’t a Party” has been dismissed.

Earlier this year, both Jamie and 2 Chainz were sued by music company Nontra Records, who accused the rappers of stealing music for their new single (“Party Ain’t a Party”).

The company explained that Foxx stole a song from their artist J Rand, to resurrect the actor/singer’s music career after he had been absent from the scene for over 4 years.
